Food Preparation:
To get maximum benefit for the throat, suck (don’t chew) two Honeysuckers sequentially. Let each dissolve slowly. Take every 3-4 hours as needed. Drop a honeysucker into a warm juice, tea or tisane for a soothing drink. Not suitable for children under 1 year old.
