The following delivery times are as accurate as possible but individual
experience may vary due to the delivery companies used not being under
our control. For this reason, no responsibility can be accepted for late
UK Standard Shipping - 2 to 3 days from despatch
EU Countries - 4 to 6 days from despatch
Hong Kong and Asia - 5 to 7 days from despatch
Other Countries - 6 to 8 days from despatch
Failed or Returned Deliveries
Please note: should any consignments be returned to us by the post office (or other courier)
for any reason we will notify the customer by email or telephone to arrange
one further delivery at our cost. Should the second delivery attempt fail
and also be returned Vocal-care.com will accept no further responsibility to
deliver pre-paid items.

Shipping costs to areas outside the UK are charged as follows:

6 to 20 items - £20

United States & Canada
1 to 5 items - £20

Vocal-Care.com cannot be held liable for any duties or taxes imposed.
Items held in stock will be despatched within 48 hours of us receiving
confirmation of your payment for your order. If you have ordered a number
of items, these will be despatched once the full order is available.
Out of Stock Items
In most cases, out-of-stock (back-order) items are on order from the
manufacturers. When we receive the product, we will ship
it to you promptly. Back-order items normally arrive with us within 1 to
2 weeks but can sometimes take longer.
If your order is not ready for despatch within 14 days, we will send you an
update via e-mail.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inform us via email within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please include your order number and full details of the item
and the problems you have experienced. We will then look into the matter further and, in most cases, will either send you an exact replacement product or issue
a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective item. Additional shipping and handling fees are not charged for replacement items.
Please note that we cannot replace or refund items that have had seals broken or have clearly been used or tampered with.
Mistakenly Ordered Items
If you receive an item which you ordered in error or by mistake, please inform us via email within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please include your order number and full details of the item
you mistakenly ordered. We will then look into the matter further and, in most cases, will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item after you have returned the item. Please note that the
original shipping costs and the return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot issue any refunds for items ordered by mistake that have had seals broken or have clearly been used or tampered with.
Vocal-Care.com liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value
of the order. Vocal-Care.com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special
