All items of 10 or more products receive Next Day delivery, including Saturdays.

Postage is free on all orders totalling £45 and over.

The following delivery times are as accurate as possible but individual experience may vary due to the delivery companies used not being under our control. For this reason, no responsibility can be accepted for late deliveries.

UK Standard Shipping - 2 to 3 days from despatch
EU Countries - 4 to 6 days from despatch
Hong Kong and Asia - 5 to 7 days from despatch
Other Countries - 6 to 8 days from despatch

Failed or Returned Deliveries

Please note: should any consignments be returned to us by the post office (or other courier) for any reason we will notify the customer by email or telephone to arrange one further delivery at our cost. Should the second delivery attempt fail and also be returned Vocal-care.com will accept no further responsibility to deliver pre-paid items.

Next Next Weekday Delivery (UK only)

Next day delivery via Royal Mail is available for orders placed on Monday to Thursday ONLY. £10.00 providing paid orders are confirmed by 11.00am the previous day - UK ONLY.

Saturday Delivery (UK only)

Saturday delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery (normally by 1.00pm) at £10.00 providing paid orders are confirmed by 11.00am on the Friday before the Saturday deliver day - UK ONLY.

Overseas Orders & Import Duty

Shipping costs to areas outside the UK (other than to the USA) is charged at £10 (€14.67) for 1 to 5 items. Each additional item over five items is charged at £1 per item, eg, 8 items would occur a £13 (€19.07) shipping charge.

Shipping costs to the USA only are as follows:

1 to 3 items - £8
4 to 7 items - £12
8 to 11 items - £20
12 to 24 items - £25

Overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Vocal-Care.com cannot be held liable for any duties or taxes imposed.

Stock Items

Items held in stock will be despatched within 48 hours of us receiving confirmation of your payment for your order. If you have ordered a number of items, these will be despatched once the full order is available.

Out of Stock Items

In most cases, out-of-stock (back-order) items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we will ship it to you promptly. Back-order items normally arrive with us within 1 to 2 weeks but can sometimes take longer.

If your order is not ready for despatch within 14 days, we will send you an update via e-mail.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send you an exact replacement product or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective item. Additional shipping and handling fees are not charged for replacement items.

All prices are shown on the Website in GBP sterling, although you may change the the currency showing to Euros. All prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax) at 17.5%. All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees may be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, JCB, Maestro and Switch.

You will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

All prices are as stated on the Website but Vocal-Care.com reserves the right at any time to revise the price of any items without notice.
